Weekend In DC

1. I went to the Key Bridge Marriott hotel this weekend which was one of my birthday presents.

2. When I got back from swimming in the pool, the hotel staff surprised me with a birthday cake!!!!! They also got me a Washington DC t-shirt, & some postcards. Here is a picture of my birthday cake that the hotel gave me.

3.  We swam in the pool at the hotel and got in the hot tub with jets. It was fun!

4. We rode on the Metro to the Federal Triangle Metro Station to get to the Smithsonian American History Museum & then we rode back to the Metro  Rosslyn, Virginia Station. Here is mom & me taking a Metro selfie!!!!!

5. Post #4 gave Post #5 away. But... I can tell you again! We went to the Smithsonian American History Museum in Washington DC. My favorite displays were...

11th Birthday Party

1. My birthday is this Thursday but I had a party on the past Saturday with some friends from school.

Christmas In New York City!

1. On Christmas Day me & Ben both got Toys R Us gift cards. We used it for the Toys R Us in Times Square.  Here is a picture of me & Ben holding them on Christmas Day.

3. The hotel that we stayed in in New York City was Hotel St. James. At first our room number was 1010 but then... it was 204.

4. We took a ferry boat over to The Statue of Liberty in Staten Island. One of the New York City's neighborhoods. Here is a picture of The Statue of Liberty!

5. We went to Rockefeller Center in New York City where we saw the big christmas tree,  Ben & Mom went to the Lego Store, We went into the NBC Gift Shop & we were on the Today Show Monday & Tuesday morning. Here are pictures of those 4 things.

6. P.S. while we were at the Today Show Tuesday morning I shook hands with Al Roker!!!!! There he is!!!!!

7. P.S. inside the Toys R Us in Times Square there was a ferris wheel that me, Mom & Ben rode. & Dad watched. Here is a picture of me & Ben on the ferris wheel.

8. We went to Central Park in New York City and we had fun. My new winter jacket camouflaged this silver building in New York City. Here is a picture from Central Park.

9.  We also went to Ground Zero the 9/11 memorial. Here is a picture from Ground Zero. We will never forget that day. September 11, 2001. It was a tragic event.

10.  The only picture we got of the 4 of us was a selfie in our hotel room!

Did You Miss Me?

1. This year I joined the DMMS Run Club. I stayed after school on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Last Thursday was our big race. We ran 2 laps around the track and 2 laps around the course. People come to see me like Mom & Dad, Mama,  Mr. Roark, Mrs. Delmerico but... she only watched from her classroom window. Question for my fans. You ready? 2+2= ?. Here are some pictures.

2. This Halloween I decided to be Quarterback of the Indianapolis Colts Andrew Luck. My dad brought me a football helmet and some football pants from Handley. Trick or treating was awesome!!! We also carved pumpkins. I carved a number 12 on it because that is Andrew Luck's number. Ben painted the  Superman symbol on his pumpkin. Here is a picture of me from Halloween.

3. On Monday my grandmother left for Spain. She's gone for 11 days! I will miss her.

Life As A Middle Schooler

3. Aug 10 was the 1st day of school. I am a 5th Grader at DMMS.  I had to get a larger backpack to hold my 3 binders.

4. Aug 20 I had 5 baby teeth pulled. The Tooth Fairy was surprised!  My cat Tiger took care of me after the surgery.  :)
